By using SpeedAligned ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About SpeedAligned
SpeedAligned is an AI-powered alignment assessment tool operated by an individual based in New Jersey, USA. The Service analyzes photos of your alignment and generates informational feedback, joint scores, and estimated performance insights for sprinters and track athletes.
2. Not medical advice
SpeedAligned is not a medical service. All analysis, joint scores, and recommendations generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician, physical therapist, or certified athletic trainer.
If you have an existing injury, medical condition, or pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program suggested by this Service.
3. AI-generated content
All assessments are generated by artificial intelligence analyzing your submitted photos. Results are estimates based on visual alignment analysis only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. Estimated time improvements and performance projections are approximations and not scientifically guaranteed outcomes.
4. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that physical training and exercise carry inherent risks including injury. By using this Service and following any workout program it generates, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity. SpeedAligned is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or any program it generates.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Each analysis is a one-time purchase. Due to the immediate nature of AI-generated digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once your analysis has been delivered. If you experience a technical error that prevented delivery of your analysis, contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
6. Your photos and data
By submitting photos, you grant SpeedAligned a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating your analysis. Your photos are not sold to third parties. They may be stored temporarily to deliver your results. We use Supabase for secure data storage.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedAligned and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the analysis in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
